About
A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT ME...
Born and raised in Bogotá Colombia, I completed my architecture bachelor’s degree at Universidad de Los Andes.
In 2013 I decided to pursue an entrepreneurial idea founding Atticus Arquitectura where the purpose was to provide services related to interior design, staging, scenery, and ephemeral architecture. At a later stage, I decided to be an external consultant as the start-up continued to grow.
After this experience in 2014, I was offered a permanent position in one of the biggest furniture retail companies in Colombia where I had the opportunity to become part of the in-house design team as an Interior Design Project coordinator designing and overseeing retail store openings, flagship stores, pop up shops and exhibition design for different campaigns of the brand.
In 2016 I came to New York to study for my MS degree in Strategic Design and Management at The New School. During this time I began working as a design consultant at Restoration Hardware, where I had the opportunity to execute high-end custom residential design projects gaining unique expertise in space planning and product selection.
After that, I became part of the Curious Yellow design team as an Interior Architect where I had the opportunity to design and oversee restaurant, workplace, commercial and residential projects in Manhattan and The Hamptons.
Finally, in my current workplace, Interior Marketing Group considered one of the biggest interior design and staging firms in NYC, and working as a Senior Designer, I have gained invaluable experience working on the design of one of the most luxurious and prime residential projects in the country.
