LAPEER RESTAURANT

Concept Philosophy:

Develop a restaurant that uses an optimal layout to develop its operations, but at the same time shows the main purpose, which is maintaining the openness of the space.

The Restaurant wants to evoke the ocean vibes, the tranquility, and serenity of the aquatic ecosystem. It is also inspired in the Balinese culture and food where that’s why most of the elements are sourced and bought in Bali. The rustic and natural elements are displayed all over the restaurant and most of the furniture and objects are manufactured by local craftsmen, vendors, and suppliers from Bali.

Overal Objective:

Based on specific needs from the client an optimal layout had to be developed in order to maximize the area to use.  An ideal circulation was established understanding the use of the space in which the customers and workers would have an optimal flow. The seating area was maximized and the space was divided by creative ways.  i.e Ropes, wood screens etc. The Balinese culture played an important role the whole concept definition.
